There are several reasons an upload might fail. The upload process will time out after 10 minutes if the files are not received. Please make sure your upload speed is sufficient for the size of the order you are requesting. Another possibility is that you tried to upload too many files or the data size of the upload is too large.
Origin Audio offers support for a diverse array of premium file formats, including HD WAV, WAV, AIFF, FLAC, MP3, and various other compatible formats, across the spectrum of our service offerings.
There are several reasons why this might occur. For example, Normalizer will decrease the level of a file if the selected value would have resulted in clipping. Loudness is subjective, and many factors are at play. Humans are more sensitive to higher frequencies than lower frequencies, and sensitivity to higher frequencies decreases with age. These are just some of the many possibilities for why some files may sound louder than others.
The maximum decibel level for digital audio is 0. We only allow values between 1 and 30 to prevent clipping. The tool interprets this number as a negative value. For example, if you enter 18 for the level, the actual level that your sounds will be normalized to is -18db. For best results, Origin Audio recommends decibel levels between 12 and 18.
